What is your connection to the UW Carbone Cancer Center?
As most of us have, I have family and friends that have battled or are currently fighting various forms of cancer. Having gone to school at the UW and being fortunate in my profession to be involved in building and renovating in many of the healthcare facilities in the Madison area, I have heard of the incredible impact that UWCCC has in our community and beyond. In searching for more ways to get involved in the cause, the opportunity to join ELB in supporting UWCCC was brought to my attention by a colleague and former member. From there it was a pretty easy decision.

What is your favorite ELB / UWCCC event?
I am a new member, but I do like trivia. So, at this point, I would have to say the Andy North Trivia Night.

What is something interesting about you?
My wife and I went skydiving in Hawaii on our honeymoon. The views were absolutely amazing!

Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Hawaii is hard to beat, but being born and raised in Wisconsin there is something to say for a peaceful stay in a quiet lake house or cabin.

Everyone has a guilty pleasure.  What is yours?
I would probably have to say cereal – the sweeter the better. I don’t know why, but I’d rather have a bowl of sugary cereal over a hot breakfast any day. A classic Wisconsin supper club fish fry would be a very close second, though.
