What is your connection to the UW Carbone Cancer Center?
My mom is a breast cancer survivor, and though she didn’t receive treatment at the UW Carbone Cancer Center, she received treatment at another Comprehensive Cancer Center. As a member of the ELB I am excited to support the UWCCC as they continue to provide innovative treatments and compassionate care.
What is your favorite ELB / UWCCC event?
I haven’t had the opportunity to attend the Trivia Night with Andy North yet, but it is the event that I am most excited to experience!
What is something interesting about you?
My contact prescription is -8.00 in both eyes. I have not met many people with worse eyesight and am very lucky that contact lenses exist.
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Maui, Hawaii. My wife and I honeymooned there, and I would highly recommend leaving the beach to go for a hike at Haleakalā National Park.
